Common questions

What photos work best?

Use 1 to 9 photos of the flowers and greenery you have. Mix a few kinds, keep each stem clearly visible, and try to keep it to about six kinds per photo. Good light and a plain background help.

How do credits work?

New users get free ideas to start. Each round of three ideas uses 3 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.

A purchase didn't show up

Keep the app open on a working connection for a moment — credits are added once Apple confirms the purchase. If they still don't appear, email us with the date and time of the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Are the pictures exact?

No. Ideas are AI-generated previews to inspire you. Flower names are best-effort descriptions, and the pictures may not match your stems exactly.

What happens to my photos?

They are used only to create your ideas and are deleted from our servers automatically within 7 days. See the Privacy Policy.
