My Bouquet

Privacy Policy

Effective 3 October 2026

My Bouquet is an iOS app that turns photos of your flowers into vase arrangement ideas. This policy explains what data the app and its servers handle, why, and for how long. The app has no accounts: we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Who is responsible

My Bouquet is published by Wei Zhaoping, an individual developer based in Singapore, who is the controller of the data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We do not use your photos, results or requests to train AI models or our arrangement rules. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it, and our legal bases

Service providers

When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the UK, such as to OpenAI in the United States, it is protected by the providers' Data Processing Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its use, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected]. Because the app has no accounts, we may ask for details that help us find your data, such as the date and Apple receipt of a purchase. We reply within 30 days.

Children

My Bouquet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
